Cancellation Policy

 


Cancellation and Refund Terms:

  1. The organizers reserve the right to approve or decline a registration for the Transporeon Summit 2024. In the event of a declined registration, a full refund process will be initiated within 14 working days.
  2. Cancellation Deadline: Attendees can cancel their registration for the Transporeon Summit 2024 and receive a full refund up until 23:59 on June 30, 2024.
  3. Refund Process: To initiate a cancellation and refund, please contact our Team at tp_summit@trimble.com with your registration details. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing/email. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. 
  4. Refund Amount: Cancellations made before the specified June 2024 (# 2) deadline will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any associated transaction fees or processing fees are non-refundable.


Cancellation Requests After June 30, 2024:
Cancellations requested after June 30, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.


Substitute Attendees:
If you are unable to attend the Transporeon Summit 2024, you may transfer your registration to a substitute attendee. Please contact us in advance at tp_summit@trimble.com with the details of the substitute attendee.


Event Cancellation by Organizers:
In the unlikely event that the Transporeon Summit 2024 is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will be notified and a full refund of the registration fee will be processed.
