Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- The organizers reserve the right to approve or decline a registration for the Transporeon Summit 2024. In the event of a declined registration, a full refund process will be initiated within 14 working days.
- Cancellation Deadline: Attendees can cancel their registration for the Transporeon Summit 2024 and receive a full refund up until 23:59 on June 30, 2024.
- Refund Process: To initiate a cancellation and refund, please contact our Team at tp_summit@trimble.com with your registration details. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing/email. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Refund Amount: Cancellations made before the specified June 2024 (# 2) deadline will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any associated transaction fees or processing fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests After June 30, 2024:
Cancellations requested after June 30, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.
Substitute Attendees:
If you are unable to attend the Transporeon Summit 2024, you may transfer your registration to a substitute attendee. Please contact us in advance at tp_summit@trimble.com with the details of the substitute attendee.
Event Cancellation by Organizers:
In the unlikely event that the Transporeon Summit 2024 is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will be notified and a full refund of the registration fee will be processed.
This cancellation policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated through the official Transporeon Summit 2024 website and registered attendee email notifications. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
