Follow these steps to switch Network Insights on for your team
Go to Network Insights and activate the product. The person activating must have self-administrator rights on the Transporeon platform. If no-one at your company has these permissions, contact customer support to request them.
Open the self-subscription module to add users and manage their access and subscriptions for your company.
Assign each user a Standard or Pro plan depending on the level of data history, dashboards, and analytics they need.

Network Insights Standard provides up to six dashboards, up to 25 standard metrics or visualisations and access to one year of historical data plus the ongoing month. Pro provides more than 12 dashboards, more than 50 metrics or visualisations and access to three years of historical data plus the ongoing year. Pro also includes report scheduling, data-download templates and dashboard-specific configurations.
The landing page lists Network Insights Standard at €5 per month and Network Insights Pro at €35 per month. Standard is intended for users who need essential dashboards and recent data, while Pro supports deeper historical analysis, scheduled reporting and additional configurations. Current pricing and applicable commercial conditions should be confirmed when activating the service.
A company self-administrator can activate Network Insights through the Transporeon platform. After activation, the administrator uses the self-subscription module to add users, manage subscriptions and assign either a Standard or Pro service plan. If the company does not have a user with self-administrator rights, it must request the required permissions through customer support.
