Integrated shipment processing
Shipment processing is a frequently used application: A company dispatches shipments in SAP. Transporeon manages the communication with the carrier and returns feedback to SAP.
Integration via middleware
The interface is usually implemented using two-way middleware such as SAP PI, AS2 or SFTP.
Feedback to SAP
As soon as your dispatcher commissions a carrier, detailed information on the carrier and their freight rates will be transmitted from Transporeon to the SAP system.
Asynchronous data exchange
Communication between SAP and the Transporeon platform is asynchronous and happens by exchanging messages (IDocs) with a delay, after which the data will be processed.
