When and where is the 2026 Insight Europe event?

The 2026 Trimble Insight Europe event will take place on 22–23 September 2026 at The EGG Brussels, Rue Bara 175, 1070 Brussels, Belgium.

Is it Trimble Insight Europe or Transporeon Summit?

Trimble Insight Europe. It’s the same event, just with a cooler name! To remind you, this is the premier annual conference for the European transportation and logistics industry, built on the legacy of the former Transporeon Summit. It’s where the entire ecosystem—shippers, carriers, LSPs, forwarders, and technology providers—connects to solve the industry's biggest challenges.

Why was the event name changed from Transporeon Summit?

The name changed following Trimble's acquisition of Transporeon in 2023. The new name, Trimble Insight Europe, reflects the unification of the two companies' strengths—Trimble's deep expertise in carrier solutions and Transporeon's leading platform for shippers—into a single, unified vision for the future of connected transportation management.

The event targets professionals across the transportation and logistics value chain, including:

  • Shippers (manufacturers, retailers) and load recipients.

  • Carriers (trucking, rail, maritime, air).

  • Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and Freight Forwarders.

How much does it cost to attend?

Registration rates are as follows:

  • New Year Discount pricing: €249 if you register between 12 and 31 January 2026.

  • Early Bird pricing: €399 if you register between 1 and 28 February 2026.

  • Standard pricing: €499 if you register between 1 March and 21 September 2026.

What does my registration fee include?
  • Your pass gives you full access to two days of sessions, materials, networking and events. With various stages featuring customer voice sessions, product deep dives and innovation workshops led by customers, partners, Trimble and industry experts, you’ll have a packed programme of insights and inspiration at your fingertips.

  • All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and Networking Night entertainment.

  • Get hands-on with live product demos and see how our experts are redefining what’s possible at Transporeon NEXT.

  • Industry and business speakers, as well as access to the Partner Pavilion packed with different exhibitors and partners.

  • Our event app, fully packed with inspiring features that allow you to build your personalised agenda and engage with other attendees.

  • AI-powered matchmaking platform that will create a tailored on-site meeting programme with the business partners most relevant to you.

Note: The fee does not include airfare, accommodation, travel fees or transportation.

If I can register but can’t attend, what is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy – standard pricing rate only: Cancellation requests received by Transporeon on or before July 24, 2026 (at least 60 days prior to the event) will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received by Transporeon between July 25 and August 23, 2026 inclusive (30–59 days prior to the event) will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fees. No refund will be provided for cancellation requests received by Transporeon from August 24, 2026 (less than 29 days prior to the event). Requests to transfer your registration to another attendee (“substitutions”) will be accepted through September 21, 2026.

You may modify or cancel your registration by sending a request to insight_europe@trimble.com. All refunds (where applicable) will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the cancellation request.

How do I book my hotel room?

In your registration confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to the platform where you can choose and book the partner hotel of your choice. Please see our Hotel & Travel page for more information.

How can I pay for my registration?

We process our payments through Stripe, our trusted provider for debit and credit card transactions, as well as other payment methods depending on the country you’re paying from. Alternatively you can pay directly via a bank transfer.

 

After submitting your registration, you will receive an email with a payment link and invoice. You can then choose your preferred payment method, whether by credit card or traditional bank transfer. Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive a final confirmation email.

 

Payment by credit card or bank transfer:

  1. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after you complete the registration form via our payment provider, Stripe. The email will include the invoice with all payment details for a bank transfer, as well as a secure link (powered by Stripe) for online payment.

  2. You’ll be securely redirected to Stripe to complete your payment.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment has been successfully processed and received.

Please note that all payments are processed in euros (EUR).

Will transportation be provided?

We’re committed to making the event more sustainable year after year, and we encourage all attendees to use the convenient public transport links to reach the venue. A shuttle service will also run between partner hotels and The Egg as well as from the venue to the Networking Night location, with return transport available to partner hotels after the event. Please note: we do not provide transportation to or from the airport.

If I’m unable to attend, can someone attend in my place?

Yes, substitutions can be made up until 21 September 2026. To request a substitution, please email insight_europe@trimble.com.

When will I be able to see the detailed schedule of all sessions offered and build my personal agenda?

We’re working to finalize the full session line-up and will make it available for you to add to your personalized agenda as soon as it’s ready. You will be informed via email about any agenda updates, speaker highlights, and additional practical event information. You’ll also be able to filter sessions by category and product, making it easy to find the ones that best match your business needs.

When will the mobile app be available?

The mobile app will be available to download about 3 months before the conference. You’ll receive an email with all the details.

Is there a dress code for the event?

We recommend that attendees dress in business casual during daytime events, which are all held indoors. Casual clothing (jeans, sneakers) is perfectly fine for the Networking Night on Tuesday evening.

Our Networking Night will take place on the evening of 22 September—the location will be disclosed soon. This is an excellent opportunity for informal networking. Join us for an evening of food, drinks, music and more. You won’t want to miss this! Transportation will be provided from the main venue to the Networking Night location, with return transport to the partner hotels available after the event.
