2026 Trimble Insight Europe Attendee Terms and Conditions

Please read and agree to the 2026 Trimble Insight Europe attendee terms and conditions to complete your registration.

 

Thank you for registering to attend Trimble Insight Europe 2026 (the “Conference”) from 22 to 23 September 2026 at The EGG Brussels (the “Venue”). The Conference is hosted by TRANSPOREON GmbH — a Trimble Company (collectively, “TRANSPOREON”, located at Heidenheimerstraße 55/1, 89075 Ulm, Germany). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all Conference attendees. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to complete the registration process.

By submitting your registration, you accept, and knowingly and voluntarily agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms.

Once you register for our event, your registration will be pending approval from our team. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment link. Please note that TRANSPOREON reserves the right to accept only selected registrations in order to ensure high-quality networking at the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY STANDARD PRICING RATE ONLY: CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED BY TRANSPOREON ON OR BEFORE JULY 24, 2026 (AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT) WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED BY TRANSPOREON ON OR BEFORE JULY 25 TO AUGUST 23, 2026 INCLUSIVE (30-59 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT) WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF 50% OF THE PAID FEES. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED BY TRANSPOREON FROM AUGUST 24, 2026 (LESS THAN 29 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT). REQUESTS TO TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE (“SUBSTITUTIONS”) WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH SEPTEMBER 21, 2026. 

You may modify or cancel your registration by sending a request to insight_europe@trimble.com. All refunds (where applicable) will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the cancellation request.

Exceptions: New Year Discount and Early Bird are only available for a limited time and subject to availability. Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable. 

Payment: Failure to pay any amounts associated with your Conference attendance when due, or chargeback or payment reversal of previously paid Conference fees, will result in the cancellation of your Conference registration at TRANSPOREON's sole and exclusive discretion.

Force Majeure: TRANSPOREON reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, destruction of or damage to the Venue, strikes, or other force majeure events. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, registration fees already paid will be fully refunded unless TRANSPOREON offers an alternative service (e.g., virtual participation, rescheduled event), attendees may choose to accept the alternative or request a full refund of their registration fees. TRANSPOREON is not liable for travel and accommodation costs in the event of force majeure cancellation, except where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.

Data Protection: Information on how TRANSPOREON collects, processes, and uses your information is outlined in the TRANSPOREON Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.transporeon.com/en/data-protection. By submitting your registration information, you agree that TRANSPOREON and its Conference partners and service providers may process your information on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) to send you event-related information and to administer your participation in the Conference.

Value Added Tax: The applicable value added tax (VAT) treatment depends on your status and location. For business customers (B2B) with a valid VAT identification number, Belgian VAT according to the applicable rate may apply pursuant to Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive. For consumers (B2C), Belgian VAT at the applicable rate may be charged. You will be required to provide your VAT identification number (if applicable) during registration. Invoices will be issued in accordance with German VAT law (Section 14 UStG) and applicable Belgian requirements.

Sponsors: TRANSPOREON event co-sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties may directly request your personal information at their exhibit booths or presentations. If you choose to provide your information to a third party, you should first review their privacy policies to ensure you are comfortable with how they will treat your personal information.

Antitrust: Attendees undertake to comply with all applicable laws, in particular the German Act against Restraints of Competition (Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen - GWB), EU competition law (Articles 101, 102 TFEU), and industry-specific compliance guidelines. Any exchange of information between competitors must be in accordance with antitrust requirements.

Special Accommodations: TRANSPOREON is committed to conducting the Conference in accordance with the requirements of EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), the German Disability Equality Act (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz - BGG), and Belgian accessibility regulations. Attendees with special needs are requested to contact us at least four (4) weeks prior to the event at insight_europe@trimble.com so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Usage of photos/videos taken during the Conference: TRANSPOREON may document and record portions of the Conference and may use social media to post real-time photos and videos (the “Media”) and to display submissions using the Conference hashtag(s) to its social media feeds in the Venue. Attendees and sponsors are encouraged to capture and post their Conference experiences to their own social media, using the #InsightEurope2026 hashtag, provided you do not infringe on the rights of any third party (e.g., sponsors, other attendees, TRANSPOREON, etc.) in any such social media posts. TRANSPOREON may ask for your separate and freely given consent for using Media prior to entering the Venue (e.g., at the registration), where you can also obtain the respective privacy notice with details on Media processing during the Conference. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.

Liability: In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in, the Conference, you hereby warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or above. TRANSPOREON's liability for damages is based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by TRANSPOREON, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents is governed by statutory provisions. The same applies to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, TRANSPOREON's liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, but not exceeding the amount of the registration fee paid by you. Material contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. Otherwise, TRANSPOREON's liability is excluded. The above limitations of liability also apply in favor of TRANSPOREON's legal representatives and vicarious agents. Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected. For consumer contracts, statutory liability provisions apply in full where mandatory consumer protection law prohibits limitation.

Attendee Conduct: We value the attendance of all participants in the Conference. All attendees are expected to behave in a considerate, respectful, inclusive and collaborative manner. TRANSPOREON prohibits harassment against any person for any reason. Harassment includes but is not limited to discrimination, offensive verbal comments, images, activities or other material, or bullying related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Attendees (including exhibitors and sponsors) asked to stop any harassing behavior at the Conference will comply immediately. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the Conference or Venue staff immediately. Conference or Venue staff can be identified as they'll be wearing branded clothing and/or badges. Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.

Violation of these Terms: If you violate these terms, TRANSPOREON, the Venue, and their partners and service providers may take any action they deem appropriate, including but not limited to providing you with a warning or expelling you from the Conference without any refund of your registration fee.

Miscellaneous: If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Ulm, to the extent legally permissible, provided that the attendee is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has his or her habitual residence remain unaffected. The severability clause applies: if one or more provisions of these Terms should become invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers: If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform TRANSPOREON GmbH via post (see address above) or email insight_europe@trimble.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Special note: Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service (Conference participation) has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.

Content: The views expressed by any Conference attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of TRANSPOREON. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.
