The event location itself, EGG Brussels, is very close to Brussels-Midi station (Gare du Midi/Brussel-Zuid). You can walk, take public transport, rideshare, taxi or use our shuttle service from partner hotels. Click on the tab Partner Hotels and Shuttle Service for more information.

If you’re planning to drive, there are several large parking facilities located nearby to The EGG.

Please note that The EGG does not have a large, dedicated on-site car park. Street parking in the immediate vicinity is paid (yellow zone) or regulated (blue zone) and often limited.

We highly recommend using one of the large, secure public car parks located within a short walking distance. This is our preferred one:

Q-Park Gare du Midi/Zuidstation: Approximately a  5–10 minute walk away, this is the closest and largest parking facility (1,000+ spaces) that we recommend. Located under Brussels-Midi station, it’s open 24 hours a day. 

Jump in a taxi and be dropped off right outside The EGG. If you’re travelling by train and don’t fancy walking to The EGG from Gare du Midi/Brussel-Zuid station, a taxi only takes 3 minutes, and you’ll easily be able to find one.

Drop-off point: For the smoothest arrival, direct your driver to the main address: The EGG, Rue Bara 175, 1070 Brussels. The immediate surrounding area allows for quick and easy drop-offs right near the entrance.

Rideshare apps: Popular services like Uber and Bolt operate throughout Brussels, offering convenient booking via their respective apps. You may often be matched with a licensed local taxi when requesting an Uber ride.

Official taxis: Traditional licensed taxis are readily available, especially at Gare du Midi. You can also use apps from local companies like Taxis Verts to book your ride.

It’s easy to get to Brussels, the “crossroads of Europe” but we want to make your experience at Trimble Insight Europe 2026 as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We’ve partnered with a curated selection of hotels, conveniently located near The EGG.

We’ll be providing complimentary event shuttle services to bring attendees to and from the EGG from our partner hotels.

• Morning service: Shuttles will run from the partner hotels directly to The EGG in time for you to catch the opening Keynotes.
  
  

• Evening service: After the day's sessions and networking events conclude, the shuttles will start up again in the late afternoon and run into the evening to take you back to your partner hotel.
