Transporeon Time Slot Management for Retailers (former Mercareon) has been specially developed for deliveries to central warehouses, distribution centres, and cash and carry depots. Retailers can plan and control deliveries more effectively and better utilise capacities at the loading bays. Standardised and optimised processes save a lot of time for everyone and reduce process costs.

How to create an access for your company to the Transporeon platform?

For the booking, a Transporeon account is mandatory. Once your company is registered, you will be granted access to the platform. After sign-up, users will receive a link allowing them to set-up their passowrd, and the account will be activated on our side.

Which prices will occur in usage the platform?

The information on the entire services and costs generally linked to the use is therefore displayed consistently for all customers who registered their company, including for those who will use Transporeon retail management.

Why should I validate a complementary agreement where it is mentioned “carrier” despite the fact that I am a supplier?

This document is also applicable to suppliers.

I just registered but I didn't receive my credentials / password. What can I do?

Once the registration is done, we will activate your account, and we will send you the mandatory information to the system utilisation. Notably, every user will receive a link per email through which he can create his password. Allowing you to sign in with your personal email address and password.

How to use

Some bookings instructions in general:

  • If you have several trucks on a single day, please book a time slot (window) for each truck (1 truck = 1 time slot).
  • Please book a time slot after gathering all delivery orders or add the orders to the booking already booked.
  • If you meet difficulties to add an order to the booking, you can add the order in the comment section but do not in any case book another time slot for the same delivery otherwise your truck might be refused.
  • If you are a supplier or subcontractor carrier, you can transfer your booking attributed to your carrier or subcontractor so that this one can add another order to the same delivery.
  • A good communication with your carrier or subcontractor can help you to choose the right time slot and, in the warehouse, to have the real content of the truck in the time slot attributed.
  • The number of palettes matches the number of holders.
