Simply start an online conference with one of our support specialists. As soon as the dialog window opens, please click on "Save file" or "Execute," then tell the Transporeon support team the session number shown to you.

As soon as the dialogue field has opened, please click "Run" or "Save," then open the .exe file. You can then communicate the displayed session number to your Ticontract support team.
