We have compiled the results to gauge the direction that Real-Time Visibility is heading – and it seems to be growing more important by the day.
But don’t just take our word for it, let the results speak for themselves.
Before looking to the future, we must look to the past. As much as we all want to forget 2020, it has some valuable lessons to teach us about our logistics and supply chain operations. According to respondents, the top three challenges they encountered in 2020 were poor visibility into operations, a lack of actionable data/intelligence, and what they found to be complex or inefficient processes. Today, how quickly businesses respond to disruption and how much of their operations is digitized is what sets them apart from the competition.
