Outbound package

Transmitting transports to the carrier

Our server-based export via FTP or web service provides the transport data of assigned transports ready to be transmitted to the carrier's inhouse system. TRANSPOREON will generate an export file each time one of the following events occurs:
- A transport has been accepted by the carrier
- A transport has been assigned by the shipper
- A transport has been changed by the shipper
- A transport has been cancelled by the shipper

Inbound package

Transport visibility from the carrier to the TRANSPOREON platform

Using the inbound service for transport visibility, status updates will be sent from the carrier's inhouse-system to the shipper's TRANSPOREON platform.

Bi-directional interface

For Transport Assignment via best carrier and/or no-touch order

We also provide a bi-directional interface for Transport Assignment via best carrier and/or no-touch-order. Transports will be exported as soon as they were added to the TRANSPOREON platform. Tenders can be submitted or transports can be accepted in the carrier's system. Corresponding messages can be sent to the TRANSPOREON platform via web service.

Time Slot Management Interface

Transmitting Time Slot Management data to the carrier

Our server-based export via FTP provides Time Slot Management data ready to be transmitted to the carrier's inhouse sytsem. An export file will be generated by TRANSPOREON each time one of the following events occurs:

- A booking has been created by the shipper or the carrier
- A booking has been changed by the shipper or the carrier
- A booking has been deleted by the shipper or the carrier

PDF export

Export assigned transports in PDF format

Using the server-based PDF export via FTP, orders of assigned transports will be transmitted to the carrier's ingouse- or archiving system. An export file will be generated each time one of the following events occurs:

- A transport has been accepted by the carrier
- A transport has been assigned  by the shipper
- A transport has been changed by the shipper
