What is the loyalty program?

The Carrier Management Team is launching a Loyalty Program for the entire Transporeon network. The purpose of the Program is to reward you as a Carrier for what you do on our platform, while giving you transparency on your activity there so you can make the best decisions for your business.

How does it work?

You will receive a score matching a level based on your performance on the Platform. Not only will you immediately receive rewards and benefits related to your level, but you will be able to progress and unlock further benefits.

What are the rewards for each level?

Transporeon is offering a selection of rewards related to our Products, Marketing initiatives, Support and Merchandise.


Why join the Loyalty Program Pilot?

This is our first Loyalty Program, and we want to hear your opinion on how our platform helps your carrier business, to make sure we get it right. By joining the pilot and giving us your input, we can further customise and improve the program before it goes live. Taking part will also automatically unlock rewards and benefits for you.

What is the process once I am in the pilot?

As you will already be a member, you can keep engaging with our Platform to progress to the next level. You will take part in 3 short demo sessions (not longer than one hour each) where you can give us your feedback. This is a great opportunity to take an active part in the program.  

What is the process after the pilot?

Transporeon will scale the Loyalty Program to our entire network. As you will already be a member you can keep engaging with it to progress to the next level and unlock further rewards, according to the program’s guidelines.
