Since 12 November 2019, Stephan has been CEO of Transporeon. His professional focus has always been to use his wealth of experience to help organisations grow – and that is also his goal at Transporeon. Stephan spent 13 years working for SAP, including his role as managing director of SAP Switzerland and as chief operating officer for the DACH region. After his time at SAP, Stephan successfully shaped the development of ERP provider Unit4 over a period of five years, three of which as CEO with responsibility for more than 4,000 employees. 

Along with sales and logistics expertise, active listening is one of Thomas’ special skills. He is convinced he can learn something new from every discussion. The trick is to be curious and open, so it’s very unlikely that you’ll find Thomas and his team lecturing at length about features and functions. Instead, they ask questions and listen attentively. Only then do they think, together and in depth, about how they can meet customer requirements by developing the right new products and services.

Nikolay, with almost two decades in logistics, worked 4 years in a senior leadership role at C.H. Robinson Europe and 11 years in different management roles at a global and regional level at DHL prior to joining Transporeon. He believes that technology will transform the way the industry operates in the future and is passionate about growing businesses and shaping the future of logistics. 

Jesper Bennike holds an engineering degree from the University of Copenhagen. Having spent more than a decade in the global semiconductor industry, working for global leaders such as Texas Instruments, Lumileds and Seoul Semiconductors, Jesper has a strong global experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development and strategy. In 2015 Jesper co-founded GateHouse Logistics with a vision to connect carriers and shippers through a real time data connectivity tissue, with the mission to build the first fully automated machine to machine shipment specific real time data exchange service, not requiring any involvement from the actual truck drivers. After successfully building GateHouse Logistics into the leading full truckload visibility provider in Europe, Jesper led the process leading to the acquisition of GateHouse Logistics late 2018.
