Seminar Transport Collaboration, Venlo,

Three shippers’ councils, EVO (NL), Bundesverband Wirtschaft, Verkehr und Logistik (D) and OTM (B) have planned a seminar on transport collaboration, supported by TRANSPOREON.

Objective is to inspire members to find ways to reduce (empty) kilometers, reducing the environmental impact and save money and connect members to explore possibilities of collaboration.

The program will start at approximately 10 am. In the plenary session several speakers will inspire the participants. Prof.dr. Lorike Hagdorn (TNO and VU University Amsterdam) will give more information on collaboration in general.

Mr Kurth Münk, Director Freight Management at Knauf KG will share his practice on collaboration with another shipper. In the afternoon there is a possibility to take part in workshops or to meet other shippers.

The seminar will take place in the Venlo area, central located between the Ruhr Gebiet, Randstad and Antwerp.
